The addition of PTFE and graphite provides higher wear resistance and lower coefficient of friction compared to the unfilled degree, as well as a lower tendency for slippage. The Duratron® T4301 PAI also offers excellent dimensional stability over a wide temperature range. The Duratron® T4501 PAI compression molded is similar in composition to the Duratron® T4301 PAI and is selected when larger shapes are required.
